G'day Backers,
It gives us happiness beyond measure to hear your comments as Armello: The Board Game lands on doorsteps around the world. Fulfilment will continue over the next couple of weeks as we get the UK and EU started.
We note that some Collector's Edition Backers would prefer a flat dice mat over the folded dice mat. We have two solutions for you!
1. Here is the standard dice mat file, you are welcome to print it out and laminate or glue to card as you prefer.

2. You can also simply fold the edges of the trays over and lay it flat. Or if you are happy to keep them permanently flat you can simply trim the excess card off with a hobby knife at the fold line, (be careful with sharp blades!).

Greetings Backers, welcome to our April update that includes shipping news and handy hints for putting together your Battle Mat dice trays, tuck box storage and Palace. (Collector's Edition only)
Shipping
Australia / New Zealand
First wave shipping is now complete! Stragglers and follow-up orders are ongoing.
Asia
The Asia segment comprises many countries each with it's own hub. VFI has advised us that games have been forwarded to hubs across Asia. in the following order:
March 16 - South Korea
March 17 - Japan
March 19 - Philippines
March 20 - Indonesia
March 23 - Singapore
March 24 - Taiwan
March 26 - Malaysia
March 30 - India & Thailand
Please note these dates indicate shipping to the hubs. From the hub to your address will take additional time depending on your location. In most cases you can expect your game to arrive in the next two weeks.
USA / Canada / South America / Rest of the World
USA - Shipping has commenced, 50% complete
Canada - Shipping has commenced, 50% complete
South America - Shipping is complete, parcels are enroute
ROTW - Shipping is complete, parcels are enroute
UK / EU
Quartermaster Logistics / Zatu pass on their apologies for the extra delay due to a backlog of campaigns shipping before us in these regions. Shipping is scheduled to start 8 April.

The Tuck Box
(Collector's Edition only)
We have included a handy tuck box to store your Battle Mat dice trays. Our tip is to stack the trays before sliding them into the tuck box as one complete batch. The fit is snug.
The Palace
(Collector's Edition only)
As a hero from one of the clans of Armello, you'll quest, scheme, hire agents, explore, vanquish monsters, cast spells and face off against other players, with one ultimate end goal in mind — storming the palace and becoming King or Queen of Armello.

We have been plagued by errors in the data files for this segment (the largest) however, we are now ready to ship, with an indication from Quartermaster Logistics that games will start rolling out next week.
UK / EU
Since Quartermaster Logistics is also overseeing this segment, we encountered similar data file issues that have now been resolved and shipping is imminent. We will provide an extra update with exact dates soon.
We sincerely apologise for the further delay these past few weeks. It is incredibly frustrating for us (and we understand for you too) waiting while these technical issues get resolved. We are excited to get this game out there and its happening. Thank you for your heroic patience.
Since the data is now in the hands of the fulfilment hubs, we can no longer process address changes but fear not, fulfilment hubs will contact you before your parcel ships allowing for any last-minute address changes.

G'day Backers,
(That's Aussie for Hello!)
Our charge shipping phase got off to a bumpy start due to glitches in the Backerkit system. It set us back about a week and a half, but we are out the other side and on the home stretch.
A big thanks to all those Backers affected by the glitches, your understanding is truly worthy of a Wyld blessing!
We are giving Backers one more week to update payment information and finalize their Pledges before we LOCK all orders.
IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR PLEDGE AND SHIPPING PAYMENT BEFORE 5PM ON FRIDAY 6th MARCH AWST (Australian Western Standard Time) YOU WILL MISS THE FIRST WAVE OF SHIPPING
If you complete or pay for your pledge after that date you will still get your game, but you will not be in the first shipping run.
What happens next?
We will be compiling our data files and submitting them to our fulfillment partners the following week.
Fulfillment partners have indicated a two (maybe) three-week scheduling window after which games will be shipped!

Dear Backers,
We have received word from a number of Backers that they did not receive their 48 hour notification email advising that shipping / tax charges are imminent.
This is an automatic email the system generates as a courtesy to let you know that in 48 hours shipping / tax charges will be charged.
We have contacted Backerkit but since its the start of the long weekend in the US we are unsure if we will get a response in time (we are based in Australia).
Since approximately 24 hours has already lapsed this is a further reminder that the shipping and tax charges will be processed in approximately 24 hours from now, around 2.45 pm Sunday 15th February, Australian Western Standard Time (AWST)
Not having received the notification does not affect your pledge in any way.
Please log into your Backerkit Pledge Manger and familiarise yourself with the breakdown of shipping and tax charges.
IMPORTANT
If you need to change your credit card details or address you will be able to do that through the shipping charge email which you will receive around 2.45 pm Sunday 15th February, Australian Western Standard Time (AWST)
If you are one of the Backers that did not receive the notification email, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
