Miniatures! (and the Pledge Manager closing soon)
Greetings Heroes!
Production is about to enter full swing as we finalise all the art assets.
Last month we shared a picture showing the 3D render lineup, now we can show you the molded prototypes! Our sculptor Greg May has done an awesome job at capturing the essence of each of these iconic personalities, you can really feel the rage and madness building in the King!!!
As soon as we have more component prototypes come down the pipeline we'll be sure to share them with you. :-)

The Pledge Manager for Armello: The Board Game will be closing 11 NOVEMBER 2024.

Production Update #1

Molding Heroes!
We are happy to report that our production timeline is on schedule. We are currently finalising mold files and sending them to our manufacturing partner.
In this lineup you can see the scale of the miniatures in the game including our Collector's Edition bonus, Guppy!
These graphics are for reference only, the game miniatures will be coloured as seen in the Kickstarter.
As can be noted from the dates below, we are ahead of schedule for submitting manufacturing files. We want to get our miniature molds underway as soon as possible since finalising molds can take up to three or four months.

Manufacture and packaging - end February 2025
Shipping - March / April 2025
Fulfilment - April / May 2025
As we have more files and art assets to show off, we will give you a sneak peek over the coming months.

Timeline
G'Day Backers!
We wanted to give you an update on where we are with our progress.
We have finalised rules development and are now undertaking editing, proofreading and layout. Meanwhile we are also preparing our many assets and files for the production process. The timeline summary is as follows:
Final files preparation, art assets, proofing - end October 2024
Submit files for manufacture - October / November 2024
Manufacture and packaging - end February 2024
Shipping - March / April 2024
Fulfilment - April / May 2024
Whilst this is our planned timeline there may be factors that can cause unforeseen delay but we hope to keep to this schedule.
Please note, since we are not shipping until next year your shipping fee will not be charged until closer to the shipping time.
Backerkit Surveys and Support
We have had 80% of our Backerkit surveys completed, a big thank you to those of you who have completed your survey. We are hoping to keep the Backerkit Pledge Manager open until late October. If you know anyone who is after a copy of Armello and missed the Kickstarter please send them here!

All BackerKit Surveys Sent

Hi everyone!
You all should have received an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s essential to respond to your survey since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the survey invite email, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like.
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
Due to the volatility of shipping prices globally right now, shipping fees for this project will be calculated at a later date once we have the best estimates for everyone. We plan to enter & charge backers for shipping a month or two before fulfillment when we have better estimates of what it will cost to ship backers rewards. Tax will also be charged at this time. We will alert backers when shipping costs are finalized & before we charge your cards in your BackerKit survey. We will keep you informed all along the way!

Logging in with Facebook
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your crowdfunding account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address associated with your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support here.
Logging in with Apple ID
After surveys are sent, if you did not receive the email, and you Signed in with Apple ID, your email address might be a private relay email address. We can help locate your survey and update your email address, please contact support here with your Backer ID or Pledge # found on your confirmation. You can learn more about your email hiding for your Apple ID here.
You don't ship to my country
In the Shipping section of the campaign page, we list a number of countries that we are not able to ship to. If you didn't realize that we don't ship to your country, please contact us privately and we'll issue you a refund. Refunds will be issued in mid-July 2024. Alternately, you may be able to find a forwarding company who can receive your game at a USA address and forward it on to you.
Other language editions
If you do not want the English language version of the game at this stage then you should notify us and we will cancel your pledge and process a refund. Refunds will be issued in mid-July 2024. Other language editions of the game will be available in the future but probably not through this campaign. We'll continue to share information about this as we have it.

BackerKit is Launching!

Hello all,
We're excited to tell you that we are launching our pledge manager through BackerKit!
We have just sent out our "smoke test" - this invites a small percent of backers to join the pledge manager and complete their orders. It also allows us to check for any errors with a small sample size before we open it up to all 5,000 of you.
Provided all goes well with the smoke test, we will send invites out to all the backers. These will be the sent to the email address you used to back this campaign.
Please note that for this campaign we will be charging shipping and tax later on through the pledge manager, closer to the time of fulfillment. This gives you more time to finalize your order and also allows us to get the most up to date shipping rates for you. We will update you here when the time comes to pay for shipping, but that won't be for several months, basically towards the end of this year or early 2025. You can continue to update your order and edit your address up until we close the pledge manager as we get ready for fulfillment.
BackerKit Launch Followers
If you followed our BackerKit Launch page prior to backing this campaign, a free Guppy pin has been added to your order and will already be in your cart when you access your pledge manager. Don't add the Guppy pin to your cart unless you want an additional one. Please note that $1 backers will have to upgrade their pledge level to one that includes the game in order to finalize their order and receive the pin.
Late Pledges
We're also now accepting late pledges! If you know anyone who missed out on the campaign, they can make a late pledge for the game through BackerKit by clicking here. All of the items that were offered in the KS campaign are available through BackerKit to late pledge.
